Vincent J. Spiotti

Vincent J. Spiotti, 78, of Torrington , formerly of Wolcott , CT , passed away March 12, 2015, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital .  He was the husband of the late Carmel M. (Stanco) Spiotti.

Vincent was born July 29, 1936, in Waterbury , CT , son of the late Charles and Victoria (Niro) Spiotti.  He proudly served his country in the Unites States Air Force. A lifelong musician, with his wife Carmel by his side, he owned and operated Spiotti Music School of Watertown for 25 years, until his retirement in 1995.

Together, they lived in North Fort Myers, FL for 10 years before moving to Torrington in 2005.

He is survived by two sons, Vincent Spiotti and Bryan Spiotti;  and one daughter, Mary Beth Coelho; as well as two sisters, Regina Butler and Charlotte Spiotti; seven grandchildren, and several nieces and  a nephew.
