Valerie V. (Tovo) Frasca, 87, of Torrington, CT, passed away Friday, October 3, 2014, at her residence. She was the wife of the late Raymond Frasca.
Valerie was born August 15, 1927, in Torrington, CT, daughter of the late Ermo and Virginia (Sineo) Tovo. She was employed by The Torrington Company as an inspector until her retirement.
She is survived by two nieces, Karen Campbell of Long Island, NY, Kathryne Tovo of Austin, TX, and one nephew, Kenneth Tovo of Miami, FL, as well as several great nieces and great nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, October 9, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Church, 107 East Main St., Torrington. Burial will follow in St. Francis New Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
