Thomas Latosek

Thomas Latosek, 55, of Torrington, CT, passed away Sunday, December 11, 2016, surrounded by his loving family.   He was the beloved husband of Joyce (Yuhas) Latosek for 30 years.

Tom was born July 13, 1961, in West Wyoming, PA, son of the late Anthony J. and Florence C. (Jackamovitch) Latosek.  He had a long career as a retail manager for multiple companies.  He was a member of the Elk’s Lodge #372.  He enjoyed watching baseball and basketball, spending time with his family and friends, but, especially with his dog, Fenway.

In addition to his wife Joyce, he is survived by two sons, Thomas Latosek, Jr. and Timothy Latosek, both of Torrington, as well as a brother and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and many friends.  He was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Latosek.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2016, with the cortege leaving Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington at 10:30 a.m. for a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Church, 107 East Main St., Torrington.  Burial will follow.  Calling hours will be held on Friday, December 16, 2016, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home.
