Steven L. Garbin, 84, of Torrington, CT, passed away January 22, 2017, at Wolcott Hall.
Steve was born July 1, 1932, in Hartford, CT, son of the late Mario and Helen (Balogh) Garbin. He owned and operated Triump Taxi for over 20 years in Boston, MA. He was a former member of the Torrington Knights of Columbus.
