Salvo N. Falzone

Salvo N. Falzone, 79, of Harwinton, CT, passed away Friday, February 12, 2016, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. He was the husband of Rochelle (Visini) Falzone for 58 years.
He was born March 17, 1936, in Winsted, CT, son of the late Michael and Rose Falzone. He served his country with the U.S.A.F. and then was employed with the concrete division of O&G.
He was past chairman of the W.P.C.A. in Harwinton, and enjoyed visiting OTB and Mohegan Sun.
In addition to his wife Rochelle, he is survived by one son, Anthony Falzone of Tampa, FL; one daughter, Gina Beechinor and her husband Michael of Harwinton; two brothers, Victor and Michael, both of Florida; five grandchildren, Breanna Castaldo, Eric Falzone, Miranda Pearson, Seth Beechinor, Vashe Beechinor; three great grandchildren, Shea, Carter and Madison Castaldo, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington. Burial will follow in St. Peter Cemetery with full military honors. Relatives and friends may call Wednesday morning from 9:30 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 11:00 a.m.
