Rose C. (Denza) Siddell

Rose C. (Denza) Siddell, 84, of Torrington, CT, passed away Saturday, May 2, 2015, at her residence surrounded by her family.  She was the wife of Earle B. Siddell, Jr.

Rose was born December 27, 1930, in Torrington, CT, daughter of the late Anthony and Nora (Viola) Denza.  She was a communicant of St. Francis of Assisi Church.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her son, Earle B. Siddell, III of Torrington, as well as Kevin Kingsbury of Austin, TX, and Jeffrey Kingsbury, of San Francisco, CA, who Rose cared for as a second mother, and several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by two brothers, Frank Denza and Joseph Denza.

Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, May 6, 2015, with the cortege leaving at 10:00 a.m. from Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington to St. Francis of Assisi Church, 160 Main St., Torrington, CT for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m.   Burial will be private.  Calling hours will be held on Tuesday, May 5, 2015, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home.
