Ronda Leeann (Paganini) Bollard, 56, of Torrington, CT, peacefully passed away Monday, October 23, 2017, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. She was the beloved wife of David Bollard for 27 years.
Ronda was born January 25, 1961, in Torrington, CT, daughter of Patricia (Borrelli) Colangelo of Torrington, and of the late Frank Paganini, Jr. She was a waitress at Dick’s Restaurant for over 30 years. Later she owned and operated Ronda’s Soap Creations, and was well known for her “cupcake” themed soaps at many church and craft fairs.
In addition to her husband and her mother, she is survived by one sister, Cheech Paganini of Torrington; her dear friend Lexi who she loved very much; her two canine companions, Della and Gertie; her two feline companions, Blackie and Ellenn, as well as several aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Relatives and friends may call on Friday, October 27, 2017, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington. A funeral service will be held at the conclusion of calling hours at Cook Funeral Home. Burial will be private.
