Robert E. Petrosky

Robert E. Petrosky of Hanover, PA; formerly of Torrington and Cape Coral, FL, passed away suddenly on October 5, 2016. Bob was born in Torrington on August 8, 1945, son of the late Charles and Frances (Gozemba) and graduated from Torrington High School and St. Bonaventure University. He joined the United States Air Force and was a veteran of the Vietnam War.
He was an employee of Hamilton Standard, and later was a teacher in Florida public schools. An active member of the Knights of Columbus, he served as Exalted Ruler.
Bob is survived by his wife Clara (Rush), and children Daniel Petrosky, Kristy Petrosky, Sunnie Spertzel (Keith), his sister Marlene Sorvillo (John), five grandchildren, three nieces and one nephew.
