Ralph J. Andria

Ralph J. Andria, 87, of Torrington, CT, passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. He was the beloved husband of Sharon (Lusa) Andria.
Ralph was born January 28, 1930, in Torrington, CT, the son of the late Alfred and Filomena (Cuzzueoli) Andria. He honorably served his country with the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was employed by Brunswick Corporation as a machinist until his retirement. An avid Yankee baseball, NY Giant football, and UCONN Husky basketball fan, he was a former member of the Torrington Elk’s Lodge and was a member of the Sullivan Senior Center.
In addition to his wife, Sharon, he is survived by one son, Gary Andria and his wife Martha of Parker, CO; one daughter, Lisa Andria of Long Beach, CA; one sister, Connie Persechino and her husband Albert of Torrington; one grandson, Nicolas, as well as several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother, Anthony Andria.
