Philip J. Hall, Jr., 74, of Winsted, CT, passed away Thursday, May 7, 2015, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. He was preceded in death by his wife Victoria A. (Emmons) Hall, and his son, Timothy J. Hall.
Phil was born April 25, 1941, in North Canaan, CT, son of the late Philip J. and Catherine L. (Anderson) Hall. He was employed by Winsted Precision Ball as a Lead Operator until his retirement. An avid golfer, bowler (duck pin and 10 pin), woodworker, and loved to crochet in his spare time.
He is survived by a daughter, Amy-Lyn Starzyk and her husband Brian K. Starzyk of Torrington; a grandson, Timothy E. Hall; a sister, Nancy Dillon and her husband William Dillon, and nephews Christopher and Matthew Dillon.
