Peter J. Nowak

Peter John Nowak, 63, of Winsted, CT passed on Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at his home on Highland Lake. He was the beloved husband of Denise M. (Cuozzo) Nowak for 43 years. Born in Manhattan, NY, on March 3, 1952, he was a salesman all his life, and especially liked being on the road making his own schedule. He enjoyed going to concerts, fishing, bird watching, swimming and floating in his raft on the lake.
He was the son of the late Albert J. Nowak and Mildred P. (Mahady) Nowak. He was predeceased by his older sister, Caroline A. Nowak. He is survived by his wife, Denise M. Nowak, daughter, Allyce E. Nowak of Torrington, CT, a brother, Thomas G. Nowak of East Northport, NY, and several nieces and nephews.
