Patricia Louis Dupret

Patricia Louise Dupret, 80, passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2014, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. She was born on June 7, 1933, in Torrington to the late Louis J. and Pasquina (Girardi) Dupret.

A Divisional Credit Manager for the Torrington Company until her retirement, Pat was a graduate of Post University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration. She was an active communicant of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Torrington. Serving in the church she truly loved, she was a Eucharistic Minister, a member of several committees and served as a representative to the Torrington Area Council of Churches. She especially enjoyed working with the youth of the church as a mentor. Pat served on the board of the Northwest Credit Union and drove for the Road to Recovery cancer program. Her other interests included travel, theater, music and cars.

Pat is survived by her godson Gerard Sharack, her best friend Jean Schlapfer, the “precious twins” Jane and Lucy, as well as her cousins and many dear friends.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 837 Charles St., Torrington, CT.  Calling hours will precede the service from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the church.  Burial will follow in St. Francis New Cemetery.
