Patricia Cianciolo

Patricia “Pat” Cianciolo (81) passed away peacefully on Saturday April 13th, 2024. Mom, Pat, Mrs. C, Grandma Pat and Auntie Pat as everyone affectionally called her was born in Waterbury CT in 1942 to Peter and Santina (Ragaglia) Guarino. She was married to her husband Joe Cianciolo of over 50 years, who she has been reunited with today in glory.

Pat is survived by her sister, Sandy Normand, two sons, Peter and Scott (Theresa), her grandchildren JR (Rebecca), Nick (Siena), Amy, David (Mercy), Spencer (Abbey), Gabe, Sammy and Alex, as well as her 9 great grandchildren. She was especially close to her niece Jennifer (Jason) and nephew Tom (Noel) and their children.

Pat was a wonderful cook and was known to have a meal for everyone that entered the house from her homemade sauce, meatballs and all food Italian. Pat loved fierce and was fiercely protective, being a foster mom to those in the community who needed an extra hand and a place to call home,” home”. She loved her church she attended and was a faithful servant to her church family. Pat loved to garden. She worked hard to help her family and enjoyed longevity in several local delis and retail shops. Pat poured her time and heart into all of her relationships, especially her care for her family and friends.

Calling Hours will be Friday April 19, 2024, from 8AM-10AM with funeral services following immediately after, both at Northwest Hills Community Church, 342 Prospect Street Torrington, CT 06790.  Burial will follow at St. Francis New Cemetery, Torrington, CT.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Northwest Hills Community Church, 342 Prospect Street Torrington, CT 06790
