Neil D. Christiano, 43, formerly of Torrington, CT, died unexpectedly on his way to work, Monday, June 25, 2018.
Neil was a graduate of Torrington High School, and then went on to successfully complete a yearlong technical program from E.C. Goodwin Regional Vocational-Technical School in Bristol. He participated in all facets of the developing and building entertainment company. His boss and others referred to him for quick and accurate assessments of equipment needs, and he was to begin supervisory responsibilities. Neil’s genuine kindness and giving heart was evident and what his family and friends will most miss.
Neil was an avid sports fan, starting in elementary school with being on the school basketball team. Neil also enjoyed football and hockey. His main sports passion and “his team” was the Chicago Black Hawks. He traveled with the team jersey and member plaques to each job site. In addition to sports, Neil also enjoyed music, especially classic rock, and had an untrained artistic talent.
