Monk Daniel E. Marshall, Jr.

Monk Daniel E. Marshall, Jr., 79, of Torrington, CT, peacefully passed away April 24, 2023, at Litchfield Woods.  Dan was born June 17, 1943, in Torrington, CT, the son of the late Daniel E. and Helen (Smigel) Marshall.

Dan served his country with the US Army, and later professed to The Holy Trinity Monastery where he served for many years.  He was buried in a private ceremony on the monastery property.

He is survived by one brother, James Marshall  and his wife Melina of Conway, SC, one sister, Blanche Martin and her husband Jim of Goshen, CT, as well as several nieces and nephews.
