Mildred (Calway) Zolla, 91, of Torrington, passed away Friday, March 13, 2015, at Torrington Health and Rehabilitation. She was the wife of the late John Zolla.
Mildred was born July 25, 1923, in Waltham, MA, son of the late Joseph and Nelida (Herbert) Calway. She was employed by General Time in the Assembly Department, until her retirement.
She is survived by three sons, John Zolla of Sandusky, OH, Felix Zolla of Torrington, Carl Zolla of Torrington; five grandchildren, six great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and her husband, she was preceded in death by an infant daughter, and a son, Richard Zolla.
Graveside services will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2015, at 9:30 a.m. at St. Francis New Cemetery, South Main St., Torrington. There are no calling hours. Condolences may be sent to the Zolla family by visiting www.cookfuneralhomect.com
