Mary Ann (Orsi) Sisko

Mary Ann (Orsi) Sisko, 93, passed away on July 25, 2015, at Bristol Hospital. Born in Torrington on June 6, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Diego and Jennie (Carrozzo) Orsi. She was predeceased by her husbands, Edward Sisko and Michael Sisko.
A lifelong resident of Torrington, Mary Ann is survived by her son, Edward J. Sisko and his wife Sally of North Port, FL; her sister, Celestina Andrews of Torrington; three grandchildren, Edward Sisko, Jr., Cheryl and Jeffrey Sisko; three great-grandchildren, Joseph, Ryan and Tyler Sisko, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers, Michael Orsi, Joseph Orsi, Nicholas Orsi, her step brother, Remmie DeMasi, and her step sister, Jean Sabotka.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, July 30, 2015, at 10:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church, 116 Grove St., Torrington, CT, with the cortege leaving from Cook Funeral Home at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow in St. Francis New Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Thursday morning from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St. Torrington, CT 06790.
