Marion P. (Sica) Beecher

Marion P. Beecher, 96, of Torrington, CT, peacefully passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2017, at Litchfield Woods. She was the beloved wife of the late George Beecher.
Marion was born March 20, 1921, in Torrington, CT, daughter of the late Alfred and Teresa (Basso) Sica. She was a lifelong resident of Torrington and was employed by the Torrington Company in the Needle Booring division.
She is survived by two sons, Ronald Beecher of Torrington and George Beecher Jr. of Torrington; one daughter, Donna Larsen of Torrington; one sister, Fay Sica Bosco of Torrington and two great grandchildren. Marion was predeceased by one daughter, Joann Beecher Mancino and one brother, Joseph F. Sica and one daughter, Marion Beecher Pastizzo.
A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, December 27, 2017, at 1:00 p.m. at Hillside Chapel, 76 Walnut St., Torrington. Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery. There are no calling hours.
