Lisa (Boccio) Addison

January 23, 1953 — December 14, 2015

Lisa (Boccio) Addison of Plymouth, MA passed away December 14, 2015 after a brave two year battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s disease).  She died peacefully at home in the loving and supportive arms of her husband Joe Lukaszevicz.  Lisa was the loving wife of Joe Lukaszevicz, loving mother to daughter Sara Raimundo and her husband Luciano Raimundo of Wakefield, MA and loving mother to daughter Mirinda Page and her husband Matej Zlatkovic of Guilford, CT.   Lisa’s pride and joy her granddaughter Kaylani Raimundo and grandson Nikola Zlatkovic.  She also leaves behind her beloved 15 year old pug, Choo Choo.

Born in Torrington, CT, on January 23, 1953, Lisa was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Frances (Horvath) Boccio.  Lisa was passionate about nature and absolutely loved being outdoors.  Taking long walks was something that she did every day, more often than not, with Joe by her side.  Nursing was one of her other passions.  She worked as an RN and practice director for The Rothfeld Center for Integrative Medicine for over a decade.  A celebration of life service will be held on January 2, 2016, at 1:00 p.m. at the  Cartmell Funeral Home, located at 150 Court Street in Plymouth, MA.  Visitation with the family will take place at the family home after the service.  All are welcome to attend.  Memorial donations may be made to the ALS Association, www.alsa.org.
