Jacqueline E. (Consolini) Beechinor

Jacqueline E. (Consolini) Beechinor, 48, of Torrington, CT, passed away Sunday, August 29, 2016.  She was the beloved wife of Paul Beechinor for 28 years.

Jackie was born August 1, 1968, in Torrington, CT, the daughter of Jack and Joyce (Kunzig) Consolini of Torrington.  A devoted wife and mother, she loved her family, and she was blessed with the gift of her exceptional homemaking skills.  She also enjoyed flower gardening and floral arranging.

In addition to her husband and her parents, she is survived by two children, Jocelyn Beechinor of Torrington, James Beechinor of Tucson, AZ; her mother-in-law Kathrine Rinaldi of Torrington; two brothers, John “Jack” Consolini of Florida, Scott Consolini (Leslie) of Torrington; five sisters, Eileen Meade (Jeff) of Norfolk, CT, Susan Szabo (Richard) of Winchester, CT, Lisa Champigny (David) of Torrington, Melanie Felladore (Scott) of Torrington; Amy Cardello (Michael) of Goshen; a precious granddaughter, who she called her “favorite poop-a-lina” Jenalisse Weste; as well as several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Calling hours will be held on Thursday, September 1, 2016, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington.  A Funeral Service will be held at 7:00 p.m. by the Rev. Timothy O’Brien at Cook Funeral Home.
