Gloria J. (Wilcox) DiPippo, cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother peacefully died at her home in Litchfield CT, on Sunday, August 25, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
Throughout her life, Gloria filled her home with love and warmth as a dedicated homemaker. Her passion for cooking brought many family gatherings to life that became fond memories for those who gathered around her table. She was most famous for the hundreds of cookies she baked and served every Christmas. Gloria also enjoyed solving crossword puzzles, and found joy in singing, dancing, and playing cards.
Gloria is survived by her two daughters, Sharon Banelli, along with her husband Richard, of Torrington, CT and Cynthia DiPippo of Litchfield, CT, and three beloved grandchildren: Keatha (Banelli) Todd and her husband Tripp, Brian Banelli, and Francesca Borrelli. Gloria delighted in the joys of being a great-grandmother to four wonderful great-grandchildren—Illyana Borrelli, Rylee Todd, Rowan Todd, and Rhett Todd, as well as several nieces and nephews.
Private funeral services have been entrusted to Cook Funeral Home in Torrington, CT.
