Francis J. Ladona, Jr.

Francis J. Ladona, Jr., 74, of Torrington, CT, passed away April 14, 2020, at his home of natural causes.  He was the beloved husband of Donna (Frano) Ladona.

Frank was born October 10, 1945, in New Haven, CT, son of the late Helen (Stiber) and Francis J. Ladona, Sr.   He was employed by Franklin Products as a Mold Maker.  Frank served his country with the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam Veteran.  He was a member of the American Legion.  He enjoyed fishing, being outdoors, animals and nature of all kinds.

In addition to his wife Donna, he is survived by two sons, Heath Ladona and Karen Maiga of Burlington, CT, Shawn Ladona of Manchester, NH; two sisters, Barbara Gilson of East Haven, CT, Patricia Porto of North Haven, CT; four grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.

Private funeral services have been entrusted to Cook Funeral Home.
