Elizabeth “Bette" T. (Zifcak) Sileo, 83, of Torrington, Connecticut, peacefully passed away October 29, 2016. She was the beloved wife of the lateThomas Sileo.
Bette was born August 28, 1933, in Torrington, CT, daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Cinsak) Zifcak. She was a Teacher’s Assistant at the Torrington Christian Academy, from where she retired. She was a member of the First Assembly of God.
She is survived by three children, Dean Sileo (Rachel) of Hoschton, GA, Diane Versari (Darrin) of Torrington, Daren Sileo (Elena) of Torrington; her best friend, Barbara Monroe of Torrington; four grandchildren, Mitchell Versari (Brianna), Kyle Versari, Nathan Versari, Biende Berroa; a great granddaughter, Gabriella Versari, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by two brothers.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2016, at 4:00 p.m. at the First Assembly of God, 387 New Harwinton Road, Torrington, CT. Relatives and friends are asked to meet directly at the church. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours.
