Edith P. (Price) DeCruccio

Edith (Price) DeCruccio, 77, of Litchfield, CT, passed away November 25, 2016, at Litchfield Woods.
Edith was born April 9, 1939, in Jersey City, New Jersey, daughter of the late James and Lillian (Russ) Price. She was employed with CPC Associates at Danbury Hospital as a Social Worker and Therapist. Edith was passionate about helping people and was also an avid life reader. She always dreamed of publishing a novel and even opened a boutique bookstore in the 1970’s.
She is survived by four children, four sisters and five grandchildren: daughter, Caryn Boland, and three sons, Mark DeCruccio, Scott DeCruccio and Eric DeCruccio. four sisters, Carol Ann, Marilyn, Lillian and Virginia, grandchildren: Sarah, Ryan, Caroline, Kyle and Amanda. She was preceded in death by her brother, James Donald Price.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 2, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anthony of Padua Church, 49 South St., Litchfield, CT. Burial will be private. There are no calling hours.
