Doris (LeJeune) Lauf, 87, of Torrington, CT, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2016. She was the wife of the late Edward Lauf.
Doris was born February 16, 1929, in Torrington, CT, daughter of the late Emil and Jennifer (Sileno) LeJeune. She was employed by the Bank of Boston until her retirement. A skier and golfer, she also loved to read a good book, and spending time with her family, especially her grandsons.
She is survived by two sons, Johnathan Lauf and his wife Sandy of Venice, FL, David Lauf of Torrington; one daughter, Nancy Doty and her husband Scott of Litchfield, CT; two brothers, Francis LeJeune of Oceanside, CA, James LeJeune of Gainsville, FL; two grandchildren, Conor Doty and Alec Doty, as well as several nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, May 7, 2016, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Anthony Church, 49 South St., Litchfield, CT 06759. Burial will be private. Condolences may be sent to Doris’s family by visiting www.cookfuneralhomect.com
