Donna (Ginella) Raydenbow

Donna (Ginella) Raydenbow, 62, of Winsted, CT, passed away on Thursday, October 5, 2017, at St. Mary Hospital with her family by her side. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Ralph Raydenbow.
Donna was born on September 20, 1955, in Bangor, ME, daughter of Fortunato “Nat” and Ines (Fragale) Ginella. She was employed by the State of Connecticut in the Education Department for 31 years until her retirement. Donna led a full and active life and enjoyed attending her church. Her passions included flamingo birds, lighthouses and hot air balloons. She experienced the excitement of a hot air balloon ride four different times although her favorite pastime was spending time with her family.
Donna is survived by two sons, Bryan Raydenbow and his wife Christine of Winsted, CT and Joseph Raydenbow of Winsted, CT; one brother, Mark Ginella and his wife Rebecca of West Simsbury, CT; two sisters, Jacqueline Daniels of Meriden, CT and Julie Zimmerman of Chicago, IL; and two grandchildren, Christopher and Racheal.
Graveside Services will take place on Tuesday, October 10, 2017, at 11:30 a.m. at Winchester Center Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Monday, October 9, 2017, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington.
