Constance "Connie" P. (Williams) Locascio

Constance “Connie” P. (Williams) Locascio, 80, of Torrington, CT, formerly of Winsted, CT and Naples, FL, peacefully passed away Sunday, February 23, 2020, at Wolcott Hall Nursing Center.  She was the beloved wife of Joseph A. Locascio for 58 years.

Connie was born January 17, 1940, in Lowell, MA, daughter of the late Herbert and Antula (Zematis) Williams.  She was a legal secretary employed by Shipman and Goodwin until her retirement.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son Joseph H. Locascio and his wife Allison of Torrington, CT; a daughter Alicia Campbell and her husband David of Winsted, CT; two brothers, Peter Williams of Deering, NH, Kenneth Williams of Pepperell, MA; four grandchildren, Matthew Campbell, Morgan Campbell, Thomas Locascio, Kaitlyn Locascio; one great granddaughter, Giuliana Campbell, as well as several nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by a grandson, Michael Locascio.

Calling hours will be held on Friday, February 28, 2020, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington.  Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
