Chiara (Cecon) Fratta

Chiara (Cecon) Fratta, 98, peacefully passed away on June 30, 2022, at Litchfield Woods.  She was the wife of the late Bruno Fratta.

Mrs. Fratta was born May 17, 1924, in Travesio, Italy, the daughter of the late Domenico and Romana Cecon.

She is survived by two children, a son, Bruno Fratta of Harwinton, CT; a daughter, Mary Angelovich and her husband George of Cohasset, MA; one granddaughter, Stephanie Angelovich Murray; two great grandchildren, Chase and Grant Murray, as well as several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, July 15, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Church, (St. John Paul the Great Parish) 99 East Main St., Torrington, CT.  Relatives and friends are asked to meet directly at St. Peter Church.  Burial will follow at St. Francis New Cemetery.  There are no calling hours.
