Carol A. (Bequillard) Contreras

Carol A. (Bequillard) Contreras, born August 6, 1945, passed away December 30, 2016. She was the daughter of Edmond A. Bequillard and Katherine Peck Bequillard of Torrington, CT.
She leaves behind her loving husband, Rudy Contreras, a daughter Lorrie Sulek and granddaughter Septhanie Sulek both of Farmington; a brother Robert Bequillard, Sr. and his partner Marilyn Cone of Winsted; a nephew Robert Bequillard, Jr. and his wife Mami of Winsted, a niece, Lisa Marie Bequillard, her husband Chad, and daughter Camile of New Hartford.
The family is very grateful to the ladies from Seasons Hospice, Laurie and Becky, for all their help, love and support, as well as the love and support from family, friends and neighbors. Also left to mourn her passing is her loving dog, Sparky, who was always right beside her.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, January 4, 2017, at 10:00 a.m. at Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington. Burial will follow at Hillside Cemetery. Relatives and friends may call on Wednesday morning from 9:00 a.m. until the time of the funeral service at 10:00 a.m.
