Beatrice (Mactutus) Bartoletti, 88, of Torrington, CT, passed away Tuesday, February 10, 2015, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital.
Mrs. Bartoletti was born June 22, 1926, in Brooklyn, NY, daughter of the late John and Helen (Ulbin) Mactutus. She was employed by Bradlees as Retail Manager for 24 years, until her retirement in 1987.
She is survived by two sons, Larry Bartoletti and his wife Ethel of Northfield, CT, John Bartoletti and his wife Kathy of Thomaston, CT; a daughter-in-law, Rosanne Bartoletti; one sister, Elaine Iovine of Northfield, CT; six grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one son, Frank Bartoletti and one sister, June Davino.
Private funeral services have been entrusted to Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington, CT. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bea’s favorite charity, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
