Barbara (Victor) Moraski

Barbara (Victor) Moraski, 90, of Newington, CT, formerly of Torrington, CT, peacefully passed away March 31, 2019.

Barbara was born October 12, 1928, in Winsted, CT, daughter of the late Joseph Victor and of the late Florence (Gableman) Simpson.  A loving and devoted mother and grandmother, she enjoyed having lively conversations when her family and friends would visit with her.

She is survived by one daughter with whom she made her home with, Dyan Moraski, of Newington, CT; one son, Alfred Moraski and his partner Anne of New Hartford, CT; one daughter-in-law, Jayne Moraski of Torrington; one granddaughter, whom she absolutely adored, Jill Moraski of Boston, MA; and her two canine grand pups, Wiggens and Luther, who were her “boys”.  She was preceded in death by one son, Michael Moraski.

Private funeral services have been entrusted to Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield, St., Torrington.  Burial will be held at the convenience of the family.
