Alison M. (Harris) Menniges

Alison M. (Harris) Menniges, 44, of Falls Village, CT passed away on March 7, 2015, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital. Alison was born on December 2, 1970, in Manchester, CT, the daughter of Robert and Nancy (Fleischner) Harris of Vernon, CT.
Employed as a social worker at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital, Alison was a very giving person, always putting others first. She loved spending time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by two daughters Molly Menniges and Libby Menniges of Falls Village; two sisters, Shelby Harris of Boston, MA and Melissa Nichols of Moodus, CT as well as her nephew, Alex Nichols.
Private funeral services have been entrusted to Cook Funeral Home, 82 Litchfield St., Torrington, and will be held at the family’s convenience.
