Anne P. (Kulesza) Cerruto

Anne P. (Kulesza) Cerruto, 93, of Torrington, CT, peacefully passed away Friday, November 17, 2023, at Charlotte Hungerford Hospital.  She was the wife of the late Michael Cerruto, Sr.

Anne was born November 21, 1929, in Litchfield, CT, the daughter of the late Boleslaw and Magdaline (Strawinski) Kulesza.  She was employed by the Torrington Company, Needle Division, until her retirement.  In addition to caring for her family, Anne enjoyed the simple things in life, bird watching, word search puzzles, camping and watching sunrises and sunsets.

Anne is survived by three sons, Michael Cerruto, Jr. of Torrington, CT, Steven Cerruto and his wife Kari of Torrington, Francis Cerruto of Silver Springs, FL, six grandchildren, five great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents and her husband, she was predeceased by her daughter-in-law Deborah, eight brothers, and two sisters.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Peter Church (St. John Paul the Great Parish) 99 East Main St., Torrington, CT.  Burial will be private and at the convenience of the family.  There are no calling hours.
